It is required by the individual booking the venue to review and sign the rental contract and policy form. A 20% non-refundable deposit fee is REQUIRED to reserve your date in our event calendar. (This deposit goes towards your rental balance.) In addition to the rental deposit, a $200 refundable security deposit is REQUIRED at your booking time and will be refunded following your event. The rental must be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the event.
